General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope of Application: The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, sales, and deliveries by the company Woodstone – Theresa Zündel (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") via the website www.woodstone.store (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
2. Contractual Partner: The contractual partner for all orders and contracts on the website is the company Woodstone, represented by Theresa Zündel, Au 83, 6867 Schwarzenberg, Austria.
3. Conclusion of Contract: By submitting an order on the website, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The Provider will send the customer an automatic order confirmation by email, confirming the receipt of the order. However, this order confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of the offer. The contract is only concluded when the Provider ships the ordered goods to the customer and confirms this to the customer by email.
4. Prices and Payment Terms: The prices stated on the website are in Euros and include the statutory value-added tax as soon as Woodstone - Theresa Zündel becomes subject to VAT. In addition, shipping costs may apply, which will be displayed to the customer before completing the order. Payment is made via, for example, credit card, PayPal, bank transfer. The customer agrees to pay the purchase price directly online when placing the order.
5. Delivery and Shipping: Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer. The delivery time may vary depending on the product and order situation. The standard delivery time for already produced items ranges from 2-10 days. For items not yet produced, the delivery time depends on the production time. The Provider is not liable for delivery delays that are beyond its control.
6. Right of Withdrawal: The customer has a legal right of withdrawal. Detailed information can be found in the withdrawal policy on the website.
7. Warranty and Liability: The Provider guarantees that the delivered goods are free from defects. In case of defects, the customer has the right to warranty in accordance with statutory provisions. The Provider's liability is limited to willful intent and gross negligence. No liability is assumed for minimal manufacturing differences in the products (e.g., missing fibers in the wood material). Natural changes due to the nature of the materials are also excluded from liability (e.g., natural "oiling" of wood through contact with the body or exposure to sunlight).
8. Data Protection: The Provider processes the customer's personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Further information on data processing can be found in the privacy policy on the website.
9. Intellectual Property: All contents of the website, including images, texts, and designs, are intellectual property of the Provider and may not be used without its explicit consent.
10. Final Provisions: Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If individual provisions of these GTC are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Amendments and additions to these GTC require written form.
