  • Are all items really 100% lifelike?
    As far as possible, yes! In our masterpieces, the use of natural materials is an absolute priority. However, it's not always possible to use 100% natural materials to ensure that your jewelry pieces remain enjoyable for a long time. Nevertheless, we pay great attention to using only products that are extremely sustainable where natural materials cannot be applied, so that you can enjoy your Woodstone product for as long as possible.
  • How do I receive the invoice for my order?
    You will receive the invoice via e-mail directly after your order. If you do not receive an e-mail, you can request your invoice from us at any time via the contact form.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    We prioritize getting your package to you as quickly as possible. The average shipping time is typically between 3 and 10 days, depending on your location and current shipping conditions. To provide you with this service, we charge a shipping fee of €6.50. We work diligently to ensure the safety of your order.
  • What are the return costs and who bears them?
    The return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer. Since return shipping costs can vary from country to country, we kindly ask you to inquire about the costs at your local post office.
  • Are the products 100% waterproof?
    Each product varies in terms of water resistance. Wooden necklaces or epoxy resin earrings can be worn in water without any concerns. However, all leather items should avoid contact with water. When water evaporates from leather, it depletes the natural oils, making the leather dry, scaly, and brittle. Therefore, it is especially important with leather items to remove them when bathing, showering, or engaging in other underwater activities.
  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • What is the best way to store my jewelry when I'm not wearing it?
    We recommend storing the jewelry away from direct sunlight and exposure to water or environmental factors to ensure that you can enjoy your masterpiece for as long as possible.
